Diploma Authentication

If you are in need of authentication of your diploma, there are two levels of authentication available:

  1. A statement typed on a photocopy certifying that it is a true copy of the diploma, signed by the registrar
  2. Signature of a notary public

There is no charge for either type of authentication. In both cases, the Office of the Registrar needs either your original diploma or a true copy of your diploma along with a written, signed request.

If you require an apostille from the State of Connecticut, please go to the Secretary of the State’s Document Authentication and Apostille for instructions and charges.
